Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 30 days before the trip will receive a 100% refund.
• No refunds are given for cancellations made within 2 days of the trip.
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Use of Website:

• You agree not to misuse our website, including engaging in illegal activities or violating the rights of others.
• We are not responsible for any external links or content provided by third-party websites.

Liability:

• Zuri Tours and Travel is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages that occur during your trip, except where required by law.
• It is your responsibility to have appropriate travel insurance.
